COVID 19 - CHANGES TO OPERATIONS
We're back! As of the 26th of April you can now sit in or takeaway from Spitfire. Please follow all Scottish Government guidelines when visiting. We ask that you wear a mask whenever you are not seated, use the hand sanitiser provided, give contact details for track and trace when requested and keep at least 1m away from anyone not in your household.
What should you expect? Well, we'll still be offering all our usual excellent coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soft drinks, cakes, sandwiches and breakfast rolls and now you can also try our tasty breakfast burritos.
Expect farm fresh, free range eggs, Mossgiel milk, fresh bread, and store cupboard staples like Marie Sharps hot sauces. You can also pick up gifts and treats from our usual Spitfire range of cups, hats, recipe books, coffee beans and chocolate.
We also have a range of craft beer in bottles, cans and on draught, wine and spirits that can be served outside from 11am, or be purchased to takeaway. Consuming alcohol at our inside tables is currently prohibited.
We have implemented a one way queuing system, have hand sanitiser available throughout the cafe and ask that all customers wear a mask at all times unless seated.
You'll still get the same great service and banter, and now the rockabilly soundtrack is back!
